Will my dog listen to me, or just to your trainers?

This is exactly why three trainers work with every dog. A dog trained by one person learns to obey one person. Yours learns to respond to people, so when we hand over to you, you're simply the next person. The handover session shows you precisely how to keep it going, and you have six months of free back-up after that.

How long does my dog stay with you?

Two or four weeks, depending on what we're working on. We'll recommend the right programme for your dog at your free assessment, and if your dog needs more time than planned, that's on us. We never charge extra because we need longer.

What if my dog is aggressive, or has bitten someone?

That's a big part of what we do, not an exception to it. Every dog is assessed individually before we agree to take them, and handled individually at the farm. If we don't believe we can help with your dog's specific issue, we'll tell you on the assessment call rather than take your booking.

Where does my dog stay, and what's his day like?

At our farm near Market Drayton, Shropshire. There are 28 acres to work in, and the team is on site day and night, so your dog is never left to fend for himself between sessions. Training happens in real-world environments with genuine distractions, not in a training hall, which is why the results survive contact with real life. You'll get photo and video updates throughout the stay.

What else do you work with?

Pulling on the lead, poor recall, reactivity, barking, separation anxiety, resource guarding, mouthing and biting, and boisterous behaviour with guests.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your dog and what we're fixing, so we quote after the free assessment. What we can tell you now: £250 secures a place, the balance isn't due until training is complete, and if we don't get the result, you get your money back.
